Bio

I am a Senior Solutions Engineer at CodeSignal. My current focus is on the implementation and adoption of assessment frameworks within the context of technical hiring processes.

Previously I was an Assistant Professor. of Computer Science at Idaho State University, focusing on Empirical Software Engineering. I completed my Ph.D. in December 2021 at Montana State University with Dr. Clemente Izurieta as my adviser. Before joining ISU, I graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science (2011), a B.A. in Philosophy (2011), an M.S. in Computer Science (2014), and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Statistics (2014) from Montana State University.

My current research interests include Empirical Software Engineering, Software Quality Analysis, Software Testing, Multi-Lingual Parsing, and Software Process Simulation.
